Over the past nine years, I've dedicated myself to building and operating production infrastructure at scale, with a focus on bare metal environments where every detail matters. My journey began as a DevOps engineer in a small team where we built an entire cloud platform framework from the ground up (
Plasma). This experience of building infrastructure from scratch, making fundamental architectural decisions along the way, evolved into a reliability leadership role where I established operational standards and best practices that shaped how our entire organization approaches infrastructure.
What drives me is the challenge of making systems more reliable, more observable, and more manageable, whether that means debugging a critical storage issue at 3 AM, designing automation that prevents entire classes of problems, or mentoring engineers to think about resilience from day one. I believe in infrastructure that's not just functional, but elegant and maintainable, built on solid fundamentals and modern cloud-native practices.
I'm now seeking my next challenge, where I can bring my technical expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and platform engineering to help build the reliable infrastructure that powers critical applications.
